The Health Library is the most heavily trafficked portion of Cleveland Clinic's website. It connects users to valuable information on treatments and diagnosis. However, issues with the search were making it difficult for users to find the information they needed.

Designed, expanded, and documented numerous components for the Clinic’s first Design System. Using an Atomic Design approach to create colors, buttons, cards, etc.

Paid design work updating the booking flow for a Healthcare Start-Up. Quickly trying to learn their design system, users, and styles while not having access to most of these. Drop-off was a big issue to address as well as it needing an updated visual approach.

A complex internal tool worked on over several months with an outside Agency that handled tech and research. The project was intended to provide a better UX for doctors to encourage them to fill out their consumer facing profiles with up to date information.

With dozens of newsletters, yet no real experiences to subscribe to them on our site, a complete subscription experience had to be created, using user research and competitive analysis.

On a Doctor’s Profile Page, the locations they work at can be a complex organization tasks. Combine multiple locations with multiple departments, different preferred locations, etc. A solution was needed to address the various possibilities that might be presented to you.

A self-proposed project - an extensive UX research and design study on what a social media platform for film photographer’s would need in order to better the experience of artists working in this medium. An old design done in school, lacking some of my considerations for accessibility, usability that you see now, but I think it’s an interesting look at some more intense research done and some additional personal aesthetics.
